Abstract: Addressing industry demand forecasting in vocational curriculum planning is critical for aligning educational programs with evolving workforce needs and enhancing graduates' employability. This study investigates strategies for integrating industry demand forecasting into vocational curriculum development processes, focusing on the identification, analysis, and application of industry trends and skill requirements. Objectives include evaluating current practices in industry demand forecasting for vocational education, assessing educators' and industry stakeholders' perceptions of curriculum relevance, and identifying barriers to effective curriculum alignment. A survey research design is chosen to gather data from 180 participants, including vocational educators, industry representatives, and policymakers, using purposive sampling to ensure representation across technical sectors in Enugu State. Case studies will highlight vocational institutions known for their proactive approach to industry collaboration and curriculum adaptation, showcasing successful models of industry demand integration in vocational programs. Findings indicate that industry demand forecasting improves curriculum responsiveness, enhances graduates' job readiness, and strengthens industry-academic partnerships. Recommendations stress the need for continuous industry engagement, data-driven curriculum reviews, and professional development for educators in industry trends and workforce needs analysis.
